A minor earthquake struck Johor early this morning, with tremors felt across several states in Peninsular Malaysia.
According to the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia), the quake measured magnitude 4.1 and occurred at 6.13am today. Its epicentre was located 5km west of Segamat, Johor, at a depth of 10km.
Reports of tremors came from various parts of Johor, as well as Negri Sembilan, Melaka, and southern Pahang.
MetMalaysia said it would continue to monitor the situation closely.
